Foothill Surgery Center Anesthesiologists
Your anesthesia at Foothill Surgery Center is provided by board-certified anesthesiologists.
Conscious sedation for pain procedures will be provided by a registered nurse (RN) or a certified registered nurse anesthetist (CRNA).
An anesthesiologist from the Anesthesia Medical Group of Santa Barbara (AMGSB), or Anesthesia Associates Medical Group (AAMG), will be your anesthesia provider. AMGSB was founded in 1942 and was the first anesthesia group in California. AAMG also has a longstanding history, founded over 40 years ago. The anesthesiologists have expertise in all forms of general and regional anesthesia with additional fellowship training in pediatric anesthesia, cardiac anesthesia, pulmonary anesthesia, regional anesthesia, and critical care.
