Open Scheduling

Establish with a Primary Care Physician by scheduling your initial appointment below.

To schedule your appointment online, please follow the steps below:

1. Click on either the "New Patient Appointment" or "New Patient Appointment - Saturday and Evening appts" buttons below for a primary care appointment.
2. If you need urgent treatment for a non-life threatening condition, you may choose "Pesetas Same Day Urgent Care" or walk into our 215 Pesetas Lane location. 
3. Review primary care physician or urgent care availability and select a date and time.
   • If there's no availability on a specific day or time, you may scroll to the bottom of the page and select "Show more appointment times".
4. You will be prompted to log-in and schedule your appointment using MyChart or you can schedule the appointment as a 'guest'.
5. Follow the prompts to complete the necessary information in order to schedule your appointment.
