Student Volunteers (Counselors)

Volunteer at Camp Wheez! High school students are invited to apply to become camp counselors and earn community service hours. 

Camp counselors work alongside medical professionals and community volunteers to create a safe, fun camp environment and guide campers through a variety of activities. Counselors will learn about asthma and health, gain experience working with children and earn up to 30 community service hours. 

• Assist with the setup and breakdown of camp each day
• Oversee a small group of campers as they rotate through different activities
• Engage campers in activities and games
• Ensure campers follow all camp safety guidelines and help create a safe, fun environment
• Be a role model for campers

Adult Volunteers
