iPixel – Fractional CO2 Laser – Laser Resurfacing
iPixel is a fractional laser treatment designed to improve the appearance of pigmentation marks, aging and sun damage. The iPixel laser targets microscopic dots of skin ‘pixels’ in the epidermis and upper dermis, causing the targeted cells to break down. The surrounding skin is left untouched so that healing time is quick as new skin cells are generated to ‘fill in’ the areas targeted by the laser.
