As Vice President of Strategy & Business Development at Sutter Health’s Greater Central Coast Division, she spearheads initiatives that expand patient access, enhance clinical excellence, and shape the future of ambulatory care.
Since joining the organization in 2007, Lindsay has played a pivotal role in transformational efforts, including the 2012 merger of the Cancer Center of Santa Barbara with Sansum Clinic and, more recently, the integration of Sansum Clinic into Sutter Health’s community division-based system. A trusted executive team member, she works across disciplines—bringing together clinical, operational, and administrative leaders—to align strategy with execution and tackle complex healthcare challenges with innovative, sustainable solutions.
At her core, Lindsay is passionate about helping people live healthier lives. She thrives on building strong relationships and leading teams to deliver meaningful results that strengthen both healthcare organizations and the communities they serve. With a background spanning pre-medical studies, lean principles, and project management, she brings a structured yet agile approach to problem-solving, ensuring initiatives are both impactful and adaptable in an evolving healthcare landscape.
